Summary:
SellerResponder is an auto-reply assistant designed for online marketplace sellers.
All reply rules, message history, and app settings are stored exclusively on your device.
We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data or your customers' conversations.

2. What This App Does
SellerResponder helps sellers automatically respond to marketplace-related messages
received through supported messaging applications using Android notification features.
The app reads incoming notifications through Android's
Notification Listener Service and sends pre-configured automatic replies on your behalf.
All reply rules are created and managed locally by you on your own device.
3. Local Processing
All automatic reply detection, keyword matching, and message processing occur entirely on your device.
SellerResponder does not send conversations, messages, or customer data to external servers,
cloud systems, or AI services.
4. Data Stored On Your Device
The following information may be stored locally on your device only:
Marketplace rules:
Titles of your listings and the automatic question-and-answer rules you configure.
Reply history:
A local history of automatic replies, including timestamps, sender display names
(as shown in notifications), received question text, and sent replies.
Application preferences:
Settings such as delays, cooldowns, deduplication windows, notification preferences,
and service states.
Built-in intent patterns:
Internal keyword templates used to detect common seller questions
(price, availability, delivery, etc.).
This information is never transmitted to IdmaSoft servers.
5. Notification Access Permission
SellerResponder requires Android's
Notification Listener permission
(android.permission.BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE)
to detect incoming marketplace-related messages and generate automatic replies.
The app only processes notifications from supported messaging applications related to marketplace conversations.
Supported packages may include:
com.facebook.orca,
com.facebook.mlite,
and com.facebook.katana.
Notifications from unrelated applications are ignored.
Message content is never uploaded to cloud services or external servers.
Reply history stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time from within the app.
6. Other Permissions Used
POST_NOTIFICATIONS:
Used to display service status notifications and optional notifications when automatic replies are sent.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE:
Required to keep the auto-reply service running reliably in the background.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS:
Optionally requested to reduce interruptions caused by aggressive battery-saving systems on some devices.
7. Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics
SellerResponder uses Firebase Crashlytics and
Firebase Analytics provided by Google to improve app stability and reliability.
These services may collect:
Crash reports and diagnostic logs.
Device model, Android version, and app version.
Anonymous usage statistics and app performance information.
